My place is close to Sawtelle and Cheviot Hills Recreation Center. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Lots of restaurants in a walking distance. Close to the Mall and 99 cents store.Close to buses to go to UCLA and the Beach. Very safe area and good neighbors .It does not have Stove but Microwave ,Toaster ,Coffee maker and everything else you need to prepare a meal with Microwave. It Does not have AC but a Fan . I try to be a good hostess for my hosts.

HSR22-000970 Most important to us is cleanliness. Bathed in sun all day, the apt. is on the second story of our home. Located a 2 MINUTE walk from the Abbot Kinney shopping and dining district, a 10-minute walk to the sand and surf. Parking Spot included. The apartment has a full kitchen and all the amenities needed for a pleasant and cozy visit. Our home is a secured building for guest security.

Modern Culver City Guest House

UPDATE July 2022. We replaced the previous mattress with a new hybrid-style mattress with a memory foam top. Some of our guests found the previous mattress too soft...this one is a medium-firm mattress that offers great support. We hope you love it (just be aware that it is on the firmer side)!
