Our sunny 1930's bungalow is ready to welcome you for a traditional seaside holiday! Comfortably sleeping a family of four, the master bedroom has a gorgeous four-poster kingsize bed, a second bedroom has two singles. There is a bathroom with a bath (shower over) and sink and then a seperate toilet room. There is plenty of garden space and a long driveway for parking several cars. Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares, squirrels, stoats and weasels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wiggly' wood. There's an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area downstairs, and a double and a bunk bedroom upstairs alongside a family bathroom.

Coopers Cottage is a beautiful cosy seaside home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the lovely coastal blue beach award winning town of Sheringham. Only 7 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the high street and train station. It is also very close to the Poppy Line steam train station. The cottage has 1 off-street parking space and comfortably sleeps 4 people. There is also an option for 1 extra person to sleep on the day bed on the landing room. Please request when booking.

We are just a few minute stroll from the seafront and our friendly, bustling highstreet. Ideal for couples and solo travellers.

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.

The Little Workshop

The Little Workshop is a self-contained holiday annexe in the village of West Runton, on the North Norfolk coast. We are situated on the coast road and 10 minutes walk from West Runton beach. It is attached to the main house, with its own entrance and parking space. Perfect accommodation for two guests and a pet ; it consists of a 1 bedroom studio with kitchenette, separate wet room and entrance lobby. There is a small patio at the rear of the annexe, that is fenced off from the main garden.

'Home' away from home

Come and unwind away from it all in our ‘Home’ away from home. This unique retreat tucked up a secluded track, is a stone’s throw from the beach. The area offers beautiful walks and with a pizza oven, fire pit and cosy wood burner you won’t need to get in your car to enjoy your break on the Norfolk coast. This is an open-plan space. The accommodation is suitable for lone guests, couples or families with a maximum of two children. Due to new pricing the price you see is the price you pay.

On the high street, you are within minutes of the local shop, pubs, restaurants, the best fish and chips, and within sight of the sea. The apartment is in keeping with the coastal location, and is perfect for a seaside stay, with the beach, amazing walks and beauty spots close by. With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.
