We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife, or hire our new Hot tub to enjoy the sunset over the valley. Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, an ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including beaches, historic villages and numerous attractions

The Acorn

Come and enjoy a peaceful country setting with stunning field views and luxurious comfort. Perfect for walking, relaxing, and taking in the countryside where wildlife is in abundance. Herons, Egrets, and Barn owls are often seen as well as plenty of other wildlife. Privately kept horses are also nearby as well. Once an outbuilding dating over 100 years old, the property has been transformed to a very high-standard living space with everything you need for a short getaway. (Hot tub extra fee).

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

A beautiful beamed chocolate box cottage with fireplace, private hot tub and pizza oven within an enclosed pretty courtyard garden, with masseuse and private chef available to book too for special occasions. Pet friendly, and part of the Serenity Cottages collection in Suffolk, it is within the heart of the village near willow trees and a river set in a pretty conservation area. There are two historic pubs and a fine food shop selling locally sourced foods all within walking distance too.

The chalet style first floor consists of a living dining room with a double sofa bed leading to the SEPARATE double bedroom with Queen size bed. Small garden with seating. Our cottage provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway for any couple. With its bright and modern decor and well equipped interior to the very inviting secluded hot tub which looks out onto the beautiful countryside. Inside the Cottage is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen , lounge area with sofa and armchair and shower room. Upstairs has one bedroom with a king size bed and en suite toilet. Outside has two decked areas plus covered hot tub and grassed garden.
