It's located in an arts district, walking distance from art galleries, sculpture parks, and restaurants. Includes full kitchen, wifi, and private entrance. Westminster is a perfect location - 15 min to Denver or Boulder, 30 min to Red Rocks, and 40 min to mountain trails. Recently updated with recessed lighting, hardwood floors, and a renovated modern bathroom with a tile shower and heated floors!

This cozy basement level suite is newly constructed with a full kitchen, master bedroom w/ attached bathroom & bonus room. Guests have a private backyard entrance and secure access. Decorated in a Colorado state of mind with lots of sunlight for a basement suite. There is a cozy mock fireplace that also provides heat on those colder Colorado days. There is a shared washer/dryer with the upstairs unit. Fast 120 mbs Wifi, Roku & board games to entertain you during your stay. Cheers! No pets.

It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.
