Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Enjoy a cozy, stylish studio with a private entrance and all the modern amenities conveniently located only 15 min from Denver, Red Rocks, and close to I70! There is a kitchenette, queen size bed, a small table & two chairs, a TV with access to all streaming services, and a separate heating and cooling unit for the space. We have a dog upstairs so it’s possible you may hear a bark or two but he’s generally pretty quiet. Ask us about our pet policy if you have furry friends! lic. # 024454

This private NON SMOKING fully loaded hotel-like bedroom within our house was built from the ground up with separate entrance. This quite place has and outdoor NON SMOKING terrace with nice views of the Rocky Mountain range. It is conveniently located 10 miles from downtown Denver and is at the gateway to many adventures in Colorado rockies. This second floor bedroom suite is ideal for solo adventurers, business travelers, couples and anyone who is interested in exploring Denver.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Quite small and ideal as a solo traveler’s nest, but can fit two in the queen bed. The walking space is tight, but the room is curated specifically to help you feel at home: fridge/microwave, books/games, work desk, shoe bins, coffee bar, and a gorgeously designed bathroom!
