Situated in the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this 18th century cottage offers a relaxing and comfortable stay with its own private garden. The Kent coast is easily accessible by car (Deal, Folkestone, Hythe & Dungeness) as is the historic town of Canterbury. The house is perfectly located for a short break from London (15-minute taxi from Ashford International) or a stopover when travelling to or from the Continent with the Eurotunnel and Dover Port within 30 minutes drive.

Hut in the Vines - all-inclusive!

Hunker down for a unique rural getaway experience at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 5th year of production, and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a view down the vineyard. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub, covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired, table-top pizza oven and an electric wall heater…all lit with festoon lighting. Our holiday home is a five bedroom self contained chalet bungalow by the beach with sea views. The house contains 3 x King bedrooms, 2 x double bedroom, open plan kitchen / living / dining, separate snug/TV area with sofa bed, 2 x shower rooms, a bathroom & utility. There is a large private garden & parking for 4 cars. The house is in the quiet private Granville Estate in Seasalter. We are approx 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive from central Whitstable & 30mins walk to the Sportsman.
