Relax in Your Private Spa at This Tranquil Country Cottage

Indulge in a luxury spa experience at a tranquil cottage. Follow a garden path from your decked balcony to a private wood-fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, outdoor shower and summerhouse. It's a great spot for stargazing by night and bird-watching by day. Cook in a modern well-equipped kitchen or have a night off, dinner prepared for you by us and brought over to the cottage. Please note that all logs for the hot tub and log burner are inclusive ! We are pet friendly and welcome 1 large breed or 2 smaller breeds of dog. The cottage is situated in the grounds of our own home. While it is entirely private we are on hand if you need anything and Mark can also provide private catering as a highly regarded chef sourcing the best local produce in Cornwall ! The cottage terrace opens out from the bedroom with direct access to the garden and a path which leads to an outdoor spa with wood fired hot tub, sauna, hammock, fire pit and summerhouse. We are located in the adjacent house should you need us for anything at all but offer our guests total privacy otherwise. The choice is yours ! The cottage is in a pretty rural hamlet surrounded by countryside near the market town of Launceston in the county of Cornwall. A car is needed. The cottage sleeps 2 adults in a King sized bed and up to 2 small children (under 12) on the sofa bed.

Our luxury, dog friendly holiday cottage is a 17thC farmhouse decorated in a country style with a modern twist. With a huge wood burner & beautiful hot tub*, you’re sure to be comfortable. Just 2m from the beach & in ideal walking country, dogs are welcome visitors. The four bedrooms (two en suite) provide ample accommodation with a spacious, cosy lounge & generous dining room. All fully disinfected within 24 hrs prior to arrival. 5 minutes to Bude's beaches, ideal for surfing, walking or relaxing. The living area is tastefully open plan with traditional wood burner, smart TV and WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated. There's private off-street parking with EV charge point. Dog friendly cottage with hot tub and fishing

Stable Cottage is a stunning, newly renovated two bedroom cottage at Tinney Waters - it is light and airy and we are happy to accept up to 4 dogs free of charge. We are situated close to the village of Pyworthy which has a lovely, dog friendly, pub. We are only 10 miles from Bude's amazing, sandy, dog friendly beaches too - great for surfing! We have three well stocked coarse fishing lakes which are private for our on site guests. New for 2026 is our heated, indoor pool and sauna.

Quaint, thatched, Grade II listed, C16th cottage in centre of rural village, close to coast. Original slate floors (with rugs), low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace with electric heater. REFURBISHED BATHROOM for 2024. Comfortably furnished. Overlooks village square and plenty of parking. Kitchen, accessed via Grade II listed wooden archway, overlooks enclosed rear garden. Electric heating in all rooms. Friendly village has pub (dogs accepted), Shop, churches, play area, walks.

Starlings- Delightful 2 bedroom farmhouse cottage

Starlings Cottage is located in the countryside with stunning panoramic views of the coastline. It is situated 8 miles from Bude where you can find supermarkets, eateries and large sandy beaches. This is newly modern cottage conversion with open plan kitchen, living area with log burner. The property has a large shared garden. Rooms comprise of 1 double, bunks beds and bathroom, bath with shower over, WC and basin. Located opposite is storage shed for surfboards, bikes etc.

This quaint detached barn is full of character and peace (no WIFI). There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets

Halamiling Barn is a deeply peaceful, beautiful, place to relax, unwind and socialise with family and friends. Enjoy strolling through the gardens, the three lakes and farmland. Cook in the superbly well equipped and spacious modern kitchen, enjoy cosy evenings by the fire, and maybe watch a film with the state of the art sound surround system. All interiors are furnished to a very high level of quality and artistic design. It is set in 50 acres of North Cornish farmland.

Set in a quiet rural location, Little Springfield is a great place for relaxing. A luxury self-contained lodge in a super location, for families, walkers, cyclists and surfers. A 5 minute drive to Bude and its fine choice of places to eat and drink alongside award-winning beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets. Opposite the lodge there is a large parking area and paddock exclusively for our guests for softball games, picnics and BBQs, with views across the valley.

Maypall Cottage is a stylish, characterful cottage tucked away in the pretty village of St Tudy. Very close to some of North Cornwall's best beaches including Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. A perfect place to stay to enjoy a day on the beach, walks on Bodmin Moor and the Camel Trail or to visit the nearby towns of Padstow, Port Isaac or Wadebridge with their award winning restaurants from Chefs including Rick Stein, Paul Ainsworth and Nathan Outlaw.
