It is a perfect spot for walking, cycling, sailing and fishing, with Grafham Water just 3 minutes away. It is ideal for commuting with its central location and a 45 commute into London. A spacious self contained loft space above the garage with its own private access via an external staircase with off road parking. This warm and cosy space has a full kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The table and chairs provide a comfortable space to eat. Towels and fresh linen are provided. The living area has a sofa and TV, and bathroom has a full size bath and shower. There is even a small wardrobe for storage.

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.
