Situated on a hill in the picturesque Surrey Hills, an Area of Outstanding Beauty, the place has breathtaking views. It's the perfect spot for nature, walking and tennis lovers. Built c. 1906 the house has a lot of architectural character and has been beautifully decorated in an English country house style. The Penthouse has a separate entrance, 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and a large living room. Enjoy the stunning garden, tennis court, the pond & trampoline. Strictly no parties.

Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
