On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. Our newly refurbished Tramway House is located in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. With a riverside location, the views from our cottage are really unbeatable! With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike. Cook up a storm with our full kitchen facilities or relax in your private courtyard garden! Staying for a week or more? Don't worry, we have you covered with a washing machine too!

IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
