The apartment has its own private entrance, open plan living-dining-kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, one is a double bed & one is adult bunk beds. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

William Shakespeare's birthplace of Stratford upon Avon is less than 10 miles away. Chipping Campden and Stow on the Wold are both within 20 minutes.

IDYLLIC COSY WEST WING CLOSE TO CHIPPING CAMDEN

Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax
