A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. Cozy little guesthouse in downtown Loveland. Wide selection of restaurants, bars/breweries, boutiques, & live music all within a mile. Located downtown near busy streets and a train track, so expect some road noise and whistles. Also, being downtown we do have a houseless population. Have not had any issues thus far, but we want guests to be aware of them. Great driving proximity to fun CO things (~45 mins to Estes Park/RMNP).
