We're only 15 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to downtown Myrtle, 12 minutes to Coastal Carolina University, 15 minutes to the quaint Downtown Conway. A great location outside of Myrtle Beach with lots of birds and wild animals where you can escape from the hustle and bustle of the city streets and traffic after a long day.

Charming waterfront private entrance 1 bedroom apartment. Just a block and a half from the beach, and right on the water! Feel free to use the tiki bar and deck and hot tub. Use of bikes, kayaks and soft top surfboards available upon request. We live upstairs and may be able to provide a free surf lesson when we are free The home is 1.5 blocks away from the ocean. Pets are welcome with owner permission and a $25/pet fee
