Woodsmoke Arts Studio: Boho country retreat

Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Built circa 1800, refurbished circa 2014, The Old Potting Shed is a cosy, self contained detached ensuite annexe. Situated in our a garden, in a village location, approx 15 mins from Canterbury & Dover, the Kent coast and close to the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich. We are proud Superhosts and aim to ensure guests have a great experience and comfortable stay. Unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for children or pets. We look forward to welcoming you however long your stay!

The Old Wash House - built 1775

The Old Wash House is set in the heart of the village of Littlebourne. There is on street parking if you're driving and a frequent bus service which runs into Canterbury and Sandwich every 30 minutes from right outside the property if you're not! You are a 5 minute drive from Canterbury with its rich history, art and culture, great shopping and restaurants and dining. The coast is just a 20 minute drive away too. The Old Wash House is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Rabbit Hole - A beautiful countryside stay

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Some of the stuff we thought of, a super king bed, so you can stretch out like starfish. Love music, connect and play your sounds on the Samsung speaker. 65" television to watch a Netflix epic? Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

This lovely stand-alone holiday cottage (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sitting/dining room) offers you and your family a luxurious experience in a quiet setting, close to many local attractions. Deep carpets, power shower, soft white towels, extra wide beds, fresh 100% cotton percale sheets, a fully equipped kitchen and continental breakfast, all make it a special home. A newly refurbished, quiet, self-contained guest house and private garden space. The house contains a kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, dining and living area. Separate bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite toilet and shower room. Excellent WiFi and TV plus DVD’s are included. Situated in the lovely village of Wingham, local to Canterbury, Sandwich, Dover many beautiful beaches, nature reserves, wildlife parks, castles, fabulous walks and lots more!

Beautiful bolthole near the White Cliffs of Dover

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.

The Calf Shed at Broxhall Farm

Broxhall Farm is a traditional family farm set in some of The Garden of England's finest countryside. We warmly invite you to come and stay in The Calf Shed- a traditional old brick and flint farm building once used for rearing dairy calves. The space now features cosy open plan self- catering accommodation with original exposed oak beams, outside garden space for al fresco dining and plenty of quiet, peace and tranquility. There is ample space for car parking outside.
