Overlooks garden with a small terrace area. Driveway parking on site. The property is in a semi rural location about 3 miles from Bath and 2 miles from Bradford on Avon .. Access to both main towns is easy both by car and by bus . The bus stops are about 30 metres from the house (D1 bus every 30mins or so)

You can also arrange to play tennis at the neighboring Hall.

Discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Avebury stone circle, Lacock, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, Wells and Cheddar. There is charging for Electric cars about 1 mile away at Flourish Farm Shop Farleigh Road Norton St Philip (Just off the A36). My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. 2 night minimum requirement at weekends between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

Clematis Cottage - Idyllic Village close to Bath

This cottage is nestled in the historic village of Freshford, only a stone's throw from the UNESCO city of Bath. The village location offers wonderful woodland and canal walks, nearby cycling along the river Avon and a great cafe and village shop only a minute from this cottage. Freshford is very well connected with a regular bus and train service into Bath, Bristol, Cardiff and London.
