Newly refurbished, self contained studio on private road- peaceful setting 20 mins walk in to Lindfield village (0.9 mile) and Haywards Heath station (0.9 mile). Studio is an annex to main house - totally separate, has its own separate entrance, 1 allocated parking space. living room / bedroom, fully equipped kitchen-hob, oven,grill, microwave,breakfast bar, shower room. Comfy and cosy hut in stunning private location

The shepherd's hut is located in a private and peaceful spot on our smallholding, on the outskirts of the South Downs National Park. The hut has great amenities and is heated. It has great access to footpaths and local shops and pubs. We are fortunate enough to have some wonderful wildlife here, including deer, birds of prey and woodpeckers. As well as our rare breed sheep and pigs. Issy is a land agent and Geoff is a tree surgeon, so we have a keen interest in nature and the environment.

Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond, water is crystal clear. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

The Old Calving Yard is a beautifully converted barn originally built between the wars. It is on a diversified working farm which includes recreational fishing lakes and offices in the former farm buildings. Located in Wivelsfield, equidistant from Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill, a stones throw from historic Lewes, Brighton, the coast and Glyndebourne. 35mins from Gatwick and 45mins by train to London. There are many local pubs to enjoy and endless walks on the beautiful South Downs.
