Self-contained, open-plan, well appointed, modern BnB. Very comfortable and cosy space for one or two guests. Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Our Guest House is located at Dunmore Lakes, 1.5hr drive from Sydney, and is ideally a short drive to local beaches and villages, such as The Farm at Killalea, Shellharbour Village, South Beach, Minnamurra Rainforest, Kiama Village which boasts numerous cafe's and Restaurants along the main street. The beautiful town of Berry is also a twenty minute drive away. Jamberoo is a great little village featuring the iconic Jamberoo Pub, and the renowned Action Ski Park.

Ground floor 1 bedroom unit with new split system air conditioner. Beach access just a few minutes walk via the end of Swan Street. Ideally located only a short walk to the best cafes /restaurants, shopping & pristine beaches. Public transport, cycle & walking paths. WIN entertainment centre / stadium & golf course. Entire block of only 6 units, owned by my parents, a lovely senior italian couple that live upstairs & friendly, long term tenants.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

The Back Corner

The Back Corner is well situated 9km from Sydney Airport and 15km from the CBD. Malabar Beach and cafes are a short walk. Buses are nearby. The cabin is an open area with a single bed, kitchen and separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and laundry tub. Also a little verandah and garden to enjoy. Walk down the side path, through the garden and you'll find a private little space of your own.
