One bedroom converted dairy in Willoughby

A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

Small private annexe nr town centre. Free parking opposite side of road. On-site if booked. Kitchenette -microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, sink. This is not a full kitchen. Compact shower room, small hand basin/w.c. Desk/breakfast bar power sockets. Kingsize bed. Easy walk to Rugby railway station Town-5 minute walk. Wifi/ Freeview Please ask for unlisted items if needed. Laundry next door- washing machine available from 08:00 until 19:00. Dryer/ hanging rail on request.

Situated in the peaceful Warwickshire village of Ufton, with easy transport links to the M40, this lovely property, attached to old farm buildings and adjacent to the owner's property, is tucked away from the quiet lane and is the perfect location for guests wishing to explore the heart of England at its best. Charming grade 2 listed farm building, former home to farm animals. NO GATHERINGS,EXTRA GUESTS, VISITORS, CHILDREN OR PETS PERMITTED ON SITE AT ANY TIME.

Fox's Den, Self contained modern annex

The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

The Dairy

The Dairy is a delightful cosy ground floor annexe to our 17th Century Thatched Cottage. It has private access with its own outdoor south facing seating area and view of the orchard and garden. The Dairy consists of one double bed bedroom that sleeps 2 guests, shower room and separate lounge area with Wi-Fi, TV and Tea / coffee facilities. The bright lounge area also has access to the main house. The annexe has recently been tastefully refurbished as part of renovations to the main house

University view studio/Free Wi-Fi & Netflix

A light and bright modern studio in a recently built complex with a fully equipped kitchen and all the facilities required to ensure a homely and comfortable stay. Located next to Coventry University and a few minutes walk to the city centre and all its central attractions. CBS arena, JLR, Warwick uni are all easily accessible by public transport. Refurbished in July 2023 and including free Wi-Fi & Netflix this is an ideal space for a city break, work trip or for any visiting academics.

Avonview Studio Flat next to the River Avon

The flat is on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the river Avon in a village halfway between Coventry and Rugby. Within walking distance are fishing, horse riding, walking, pubs, restaurants, local shops & bus stops. Nearby are several theatres, cinemas, riding stables, museums, leisure facilities, soft play areas, castles, nature reserves, universities & more. There are takeaways and a variety of supermarkets within 1 to 2 miles. Rental prices include weekly/monthly rates.

Stareton Cottage near Stoneleigh

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

The Baginton Bear Suite

Relax and unwind in the Baginton Bear Suite. There's a pub to walk to either up or down the hill, and coffee shops in each of the two garden centres. Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. The charming suite has a comfortable double bedroom, kitchen, en-suite, laundry, living and dining spaces, and is just what's needed for any stay away.

We offer a bright, self-contained ground floor flat with off road parking. Rural setting but close to Leamington Spa, Rugby and Coventry. 40 mins from NEC and Birmingham airport. There is dedicated wifi and a TV available for your use offering freeview channels. We are not set up for pets or children. We do not allow smoking on the premises and you need your own transport to stay here. Early check in or late check out for a fee with prior arrangement only.
