Located on 2.5 acs. on the South Fork of Reems Creek near Weaverville, N.C., this 100 year old 2 room school house has been converted to a 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin. 12 foot ceilings, huge windows & original beadboard interior. Located 20 mins. from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore Estate and 2.5 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway & the Mountains to the Sea Trail. Enjoy the wooded trails along the 2 streams on the property. Sit on the tin-roofed front porch and listen to the rain and the streams .

Charming cabin with amazing mountain views. House was built in 2021 and tastefully decorated. The bedroom has a beautifully handcrafted king size sleigh bed. Wake up every morning to the sunrise off two porches. Living room has a pull out sofa for extra sleeping room. On the side of the house there is a covered area with a grill and a hot tub newly installed 2025, only open October -April. Pets are allowed up to 25lbs and if left alone must be crated please. There is a $100 deposit for pets
