Built in 1927, this charming home has just enough room to be comfortable for sleeping and lounging. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, charcoal grill in back porch for cook out or plenty of restaurants within a mile or two. The backyard has a garden and fenced in area for dogs to play. Beaver lake is a few minutes walk from house with a 2 mile trail around it. Some of the best road cycling in the world is available from the front door. Mt. biking is 15-45 minutes drive. Yoga studio next door.

Le Petit Bleu

Le Petit Bleu is a warm, color-filled, cozy artisan cottage. The home is pet friendly w bamboo floors and tile. We offer a coffee/espresso machine, fully stocked kitchen, plush comfy bathrobes, aromatherapy vaporizer w essential oils, Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top king sized beds in both bedrooms each w four pillows, a large covered deck w privacy curtains, twinkle lights, a bistro set, and a fenced back yard. We are 5 minutes by car from downtown Asheville and its wonderful art and culture.

Perched upon a hill, the home offers fantastic views of historic Reynold’s Mtn from the living room, bedroom and deck. Sip coffee on the deck and contemplate the day's adventures! ***UPDATED 4.22.26*** Please disregard any of the previous reviews that complained about the driveway. We got it paved! It is SO smooth! Have fun with the whole family at this recently updated home! Minutes to downtown Asheville, UNCA campus, or the River Arts District. A short stroll across the street to the French Broad River, and a coffee shop next door! Can't beat this location for this price... Property is a great home base for exploring everything in Asheville and WNC.
