Spacious living room with fireplace and streaming TV for lounging. Kitchenette with self serve coffee, microwave and minifridge. Parking is easy and only steps away from the door.

Large private studio in immaculate West Asheville home. Walking distance to hip Haywood Road and its many coffee shops, bars, shops, and restaurants. Private entrance and located on a quiet, residential street (you can hear the crickets at night). The studio offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay: queen bed, new bath, plush sofa, table for two, and other thoughtful amenities. Your pup will be allowed upon approval. A $75.00 non refundable pet fee will be applied after approval.

Several excellent restaurants within 1 mile. You’ll have privacy and quiet, & off street parking.

Internet password is on the fridge and you can log onto your favorite streaming accounts. We thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest. No smoking anywhere on the property.
