Self-contained, open-plan, well appointed, modern BnB. Very comfortable and cosy space for one or two guests. Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . This is a comfortable self-contained studio, formerly an actual artist's studio, underneath the main residence, with its own shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette. It has a queen bed, a king single that doubles as a sofa, and a single trundle bed. It has a small dining table and four chairs. It now boasts a camping washing machine for light loads, and an airer, as well as a dehumidifier. I also added an air fryer!

The Annexe is a self contained double glazed free standing double brick cottage with 2 rooms. The property is pet friendly with a large garden which is fully fenced and secure. It has a small outdoor setting at the front of the Annexe and a outdoor entertainment area behind the Annexe with seating and which is undercover and private and looks on to the garden.
