De hele benedenverdieping van deze ark op de Rijn behoort tot uw domein: een gezellige woonkeuken verbonden door een hal met de woonkamer. Zowel de woonkamer als de keuken zijn voorzien van een houtkachel, naast vloer- en wandverwarming. De keuken is voorzien van 6 pitsgasfornuis, een grote oven, koel- en vrieskast, vaatwasser en div apparatuur. Het designbed staat in de woonkamer. Op uw prive-terras bevindt zich de buitendouche. In de tuin met uitzicht over de Rijn diverse zit en bbq plekken.

Deze mooie nostalgische woonboot ligt aan de rand van Roermond midden in de natuur en het watersportgebied van Roermond. Op enkele minuten loopafstand bent u in het centrum, het Outlet, strand gelegenheden of een waterskibaan. Woonboot Monsin heeft alle luxe en faciliteiten die je nodig hebt met een groot (deels) overdekt terras met steiger. Tevens is er een grote tuin en parkeer gelegenheid. Het is een perfecte plek als je van natuur houdt en je Roermond en omgeving wil leren ontdekken.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.
