Enjoy this modern & unique two storey guest house that offers a perfect, well equipped home for all travellers. Beautifully designed for comfort & privacy, the ground floor has a bright open living and kitchen whilst the upper floor has a good size bedroom & bathroom. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood within 2 minutes walk to shops, restaurants & parks . The bus stop is 2 houses away and it is 15 mins walk to the train station. An easy 10 mins drive to Parramatta and 35 mins to Sydney CBD.

The place is a Motel like small studio, very privacy. You have yourown queen bed, toilet and bathroom. It's air conditioned, has a TV and bar fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine,toaster, small stove, sink, sandwich making, and hair dryer, spaces for rest, this room we only have street parking for free and walking distance to the nearest train station is Yennora just 500 metres. The trains can take you to the city or Campbelltown. Major shopping centres are in Fairfield about 1 km away.

Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 1st of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

JK Family house is a brand new luxury apartment, that includes swimming pool and gym. It situated near to the Merrylands railway station, just 200 meter away. We have approximately 35 local restaurants and stockland shopping centre right across the road. The Sydney central station is just 30 minutes away. The olympic park and city is a 30 minute travel by public transport and the airport is also 30 minutes away by car. Westmead hospital is just a 10 minute travel by car.

Comfortable queen bed sleep out which has been converted from our garage, it does NOT has kitchen, but there are 7-ELEVEN, cheap steakhouse inside Cooks Hill hotel, shops, restaurants, self-severed laundromat and pub within 3 mins walk. You have your own access, bathroom, air conditioning , fridge, 32” TV with Netflix, clean bed sheet, towels, tea, coffee provided and check in any time after 2.00 pm. NO party allowed
