Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Dit vrijstaand huisje, in mijn achtertuin. ligt in Hartje Zaandam, 3 minuten lopen van de Dam, 4 minuten van de gezellige winkelstraat en 9 minuten van het Station. Vanuit het Zaans Huisje kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen. Zo ben je in 14 minuten met de trein op het Centraal station in Amsterdam en met 5 minuten richting Zaanse Schans. Let op het is betaald parkeren voor de deur. Het huisje word verhuurd voor 1 persoon en er is een extra slaapkamer beschikbaar tegen bijbetaling.

We are Robert and Tom. We like to meet people and have them over in our hospitable house. You can rent a cozy private room with an amazing view over the river “The Zaan”. With a tropical garden. Direct train connection from the international airport “Schiphol” (20 minutes). Amsterdam is very close by. You are by train or bus in 20 minutes in downtown Amsterdam. Amsterdam is also accessible by boat. When you come by car, you can park free in the street. You are welkome.

Perfect get away close to Amsterdam. With the train station (Koog aan de Zaan) at walking distance of 7 minutes and a train trip of 13 minutes, you are on Amsterdam Central in no time. The famous Zaanse Schans is not far either at just a short 3 minute trip by train and a short walk. THIS IS A ROOM IN OUR HOUSE You have a spacious room for yourself and have a private bathroom.
