Located in a peaceful area just 200 meters from the sea and 1.5 km from the charming center of Umag, this modern villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The villa features three bedrooms, two modern indoor bathrooms, and an outdoor bathroom with a sauna perfect for moments of rest and relax. Enjoy in outdoor summer kitchen with a dining area. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.
