The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Local market is very close where you can find delicious groceries for your meal.

River house is two bedroom and two bathroom hacienda with a pool, located in Mlini 10 min from Dubrovnik and near the see and beautiful beaches. Novouređeni, renoviran i šarmantan stan za 2 osobe sa privatnim ulazom i terasom sa pogledom na more i obližnje otoke. Tonovi maslinasto zelene pružaju jedinstven osjećaj mira dok uživate u odmoru. Nekoliko stabala kivija čini odličan hlad dok ispijate kavu na prostranoj terasi sa pogledom na more. Smještaj je udaljen otprilike 20 minuta lagane šetnje od Staroga Grada (pri povratku preporuka uzeti javni prijevoz ili taxi). Apartman nema parkirno mjesto te nije moguće parkirati u ulici.
