Pretty studio flat on the edge of town, with sauna

Our place is a self-contained studio flat on the edge of a little town. There is an excellent vegetarian cafe and health food shop 2+ minutes walk away. The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley. This traditional stone cottage apartment is just a minute from the long sandy beach and right in the heart of Borth. With pubs, shops, takeaways and local amenities all within easy walking distance. Cosy one bedroom flat with bedroom and bathroom located up a small flight of stairs. Downstairs has a small kitchen area with breakfast bar and small lounge seating area and tv. Bedroom has luxurious king size bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. Entirely your own private space in the centre of town. The flat is at the rear of the main building and therefore doesn't have a sea view, but you can walk out of main front door onto promenade.
