Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. We are on site and therefore able to offer a personal and friendly service to help with anything you may need during your stay. Dogs are welcome (small fee per night)

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!

The Old Well House is a character pet friendly property (Please No Parties) Arrive & relax in front of the cosy wood fire, or enjoy your private pet secure patio garden with woodland views. The feature (Well )has a glass cover lit down to the water level . Tastefully styled with hand picked curiosities. The property is fully equipped for your stay with kitchen, Shower room -WC.

Oakleigh View is in a rural location.

Nestled in the heart of Devon is the cosy Oakleigh View. Sleeping 4 people (plus cot). We also welcome dogs. Bedroom 1 is a Kingsize with Ensuite Shower & Toilet. Bedroom 2 can be Twin or Double also with Ensuite Shower & Toilet. (The bedroom is set up as twin unless double is requested) Dogs are not allowed to stay at the property unattended.
