In dieser Wohnung kannst du dich selber versorgen, durch die Küchenzeile, die sich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet. An jedem Dienstag der Woche findet ein Markt direkt vor deiner Wohnung statt. Dort findest du handgemachten Schmuck, Kleidung und viele landestypische Speisen und Lebensmittel. Von der Dachterrasse hast du einen einzigartigen Blick über die gesamte Stadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Charming house in the old town of Artà

The perfect place to enjoy your holidays in any season. The house is made with natural materials and designed in a way that preserves the harmony between the century-old construction and the modern facilities. The dining room has a reed ceiling and thus preserves the rural character. One of the three romantic bedrooms is a suite with private bathroom and hydromassage bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. A small courtyard leads to a cozy terrace where you can enjoy sunsets with your dear ones.

Herzlich Willkommen im Stadthaus von Maria-Angela! Das renovierte Stadthaus mit 110 qm Wohnfläche wurde im 19. Jahrhundert erbaut. Artà ist ein kleiner, typisch mallorquinischer Ort, der viel Charme besitzt. In der Fußgängerzone (ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt) befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und kleinere Geschäfte, sowie Banken, eine Post und ein Supermarkt. Die nächsten Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten.

In a valley not far from the small town of Artà you will find the natural stone finca Es Pinaro Sanso, which is quietly situated between gentle hills and lush vegetation on a 7,109 m², completely enclosed property. The Finca offers a large living/dining room with high ceilings and dark beams, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a king-size bed and one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
