Cozy & Modern Luxurious 1 bedroom Guest Suite

Come stay in our luxury guest suite. Our suite is located in a quiet neighborhood that is 5 minutes to downtown Denver with many restaurants & activities located within walking distance. The suite is designed for a traveling business visit, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation in Denver. We provide fast, high-speed, reliable internet, TVs with many streaming options, a fully functional kitchen, a private washer/dryer, access to a hot tub, and a Blackstone grill in the shared backyard.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Lovely backyard w/ Hot Tub! Walking distance to food & drinks, close to Levitt Pavilion (free live music!) & Denver University. Renovated private basement studio apartment of a 1929 classic bungalow. Full kitchen, bath, laundry. King size bed along with a huge couch. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine and beautiful backyard (smoking outside OK). The owner lives on the main level with his 2 friendly pups. Hot tub shared with upstairs residents + up to 2 guests in the unit above the garage.

A remodeled space in a great Denver neighborhood with a separate and secure keyless entrance. Just 2 blocks from recently opened café, brew house, wine bar and pizza joint. If you prefer to stay in, there’s a kitchen, living room, workout space and bath. Don’t forget you will also have access to the hot tub. Enjoy a comfortable queen bed and take advantage of the provided coffee to get your day started. If you have a larger party please inquire about our 2 bedroom suite option.

The Denver 303 House is perfect for professionals, families, and pets. Enjoy coffee on the sunny back porch or cozy up by the fireplace to watch your favorite shows. Our fully equipped home has three inviting bedrooms, a desk for remote work, a loft with foosball and hockey tables, and a fully fenced backyard for the pets. This is a safe neighborhood, with ample parking. We are located right next to highways for a quick trip to the mountains and 15-20 min from Downtown Denver.

Being at the top of the hill in the Regis neighborhood provides us with beautiful sunsets and mountain views. With its convenient proximity to major highways, you'll have easy access to downtown Denver, Tennyson Street, Old Town Arvada, DIA, and the breathtaking Rocky Mountains. This is a one of kind detached guest house in the Crown Hill Park area overlooking adjacent horse property. Enjoy a relaxing stay with amazing hiking and bike trails close by and convenience to all major attractions. This large one bedroom features a covered outdoor living space with a fireplace, tv, lounge, and hot tub. The Gourmet kitchen includes Wolf Appliances and quartz tops throughout. We are 420 friendly, Chilling in Aurora is located 20 minutes from Denver International Airport and has easy access to Interstate-70 so you will be able to take advantage of the many local attractions. After spending a day exploring Colorado, retreat to Chilling to play video games, watch a movie on the projector in the bedroom, take a 420 break in the Chill Room or enjoy peace and tranquility in the backyard.
