The cottage at Higher Blannicombe Farmhouse is an 18th Century property in an idyllic setting with far reaching views overlooking the Blannicombe Valley in an AONB, surrounded by Dairy Farmland. 1.5 miles from the centre of Honiton, in East Devon. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

The reading room....the perfect getaway for 2

The Reading Room is a separate annex of The Old Chapel in the main High Street in Charmouth. It's within 60 steps to the High St. Charmouth Beach is approx 5 minutes stroll. A unique space with a huge vaulted ceiling spacious kitchen, dining/ living area, modern integrated appliances and a beautiful oak floor. It has parking for one vehicle and a small outdoor space to the side of the Chapel with blue table and chairs for 2 people. Be aware steps to the bed platform are steep.

Battleford Hall Cottage (3 bed) Axminster/Lyme

Spacious self-contained three bed cottage with bright and airy sleeping and living spaces attached as a wing of our 16th century listed house. You will have your own private garden, set in 30 acres of mature gardens, parkland and woodland. Spectacular walks and coast nearby, with River Cottage in the town and pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. A peaceful apartment located a 15 -20 minute walk from Lyme Regis Seafront and within minutes of many beautiful walks including the famous Jurassic Coast. This self contained apartment is attached to our main house but you have completely private access with your own en-suite bathroom, front door and access to a balcony area with views across the River Lym valley. Fern Studio has its own Kitchen with kettle, toaster, hob and fridge.

The old writers Cabin is set in our woodland garden in the hills just 10 minutes away from Lyme Regis. The cabin has been handcrafted from oak and douglas fir to create a luxury and romantic space for two. With a cosy log burner, king sized bed with feather and down bedding, outside bath tub and shower, complete with stunning views over the valley, it really is the perfect space to escape the world and re-set.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage in the heart of Kilmington Village in East Devon. There are 2 thatched pubs, an award winning farm shop and wonderful walks in this AONB. The Jurassic coast including Charmouth and Lyme Regis beach is a 15/20 mins drive away. The Village is very peaceful as is the cottage There is a dedicated parking space directly outside
