Fully furnished tiny home located in the heart of historic old town San Dimas. Our tiny home is within walking distance of downtown where you’ll find Local coffee shops, Antiques shops, historical sites, restaurants and museums. This tiny home sits directly behind our home that was built in 1894 and is centrally located just a few miles from all surrounding universities , the foothills, the Fairplex and about 30-45 minutes from Disneyland and most SoCal attractions. This home is centrally located to many popular places & easy access to public transportation. Within walking distance: Metro Gold Line, bus stops, Target, Smart & Final, parks & restaurants. We are close to APU, Citrus College, movie theaters & shopping. Freeway access is just over a mile away. We're about an hour or so from Disneyland, Universal, BUR & ONT airports. This is a charming fully renovated guesthouse built at the back of our home. We are situated in a peaceful suburban neighborhood.
