Modern 2 bedroom apartment in Banjole just 300m away far from the beach. The property covers 60m2 and can accommodate the following number of people: 4+1. Number of bedrooms is 2, number of bathrooms 1. In the kitchen you can find kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, etc. provided, electric cooker, number of rings 4, oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom is equiped with toilet and a shower. Air conditioning included in the price and each room has it's own aircondition unit, Internet-TV, Internet (WLAN), use free of charge. Prices includes following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, tax and water. Terrace is own private terrace in front up the stairs with gas grill. Outside area is shared garden 400 m2, barbecue gas and wood as well, free parking, children playground and garden furniture. Washing machine at the landlord. Garden has been fully reconstructed in 2016. and it is located in the souterrain.

La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
