De estilo moderno y acogedor diseñado por Slow & Chic, este apartamento de un dormitorio con cama kingsize y sofá cama se encuentra ubicado en el corazón de San Sebastián, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa de la Concha. Impecablemente reformado, cuenta con aire acondicionado, Wifi, Nespresso y además con un coqueto patio con jardín vertical. El apartamento ha sido premiado por su decoración y gran aprovechamiento de los espacios por varias revistas prestigiosas de decoración a nivel nacional e internacional. Con su amplio diseño y sus cómodas camas y un ambiente tranquilo, este apartamento de 40m² en el centro de San Sebastián, es ideal para familias, profesionales y parejas que buscan una base relajada para conocer y disfrutar la ciudad. Ubicado en la primera planta de un edificio estilo romántico con ascensor, el apartamento se encuentra en la calle Moraza. Todos los atractivos de la ciudad están a sólo unos pasos del apartamento: La catedral del Buen Pastor, la calle Loyola y sus comercios, el centro comercial San Martin, la playa de La Concha, la Parte Vieja, la estación del topo/metro... El coche no es necesario, salvo si tiene interés en realizar excursiones por los alrededores (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Hay parking público 24 horas a 1 minuto a cargo del conductor. Genuine and confortable apartment located in a pedestrian street in the hearth of San Sebastian. 2 minutes walk to Concha beach, and old town. It has the best location to visit the city (please check guests reviews: 4,99/5). Large living room with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. 2 double bedrooms. Bonito piso con wifi en el centro de Donosti

Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a está en el mismo centro comercial de la ciudad, las cristaleras que tienen las ventanas te dejan ver una calle llena de vida, y al ser peatonal es generalmente silenciosa por las noches. La cocina es muy práctica y bonita, y esta en el mismo espacio que el comedor y la sala. Cada habitación tiene su baño, y las camas son amplias y cómodas. La playa y los mercados están a unos pasos. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios y familias

Minimalist decoration. Luxury furniture, Porcelanosa. Only few meters away from the beach la Concha (3min) and really close to the old town (6min walking), where you can enjoy the best pintxos. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, in an elegant street in an elegant neighbourhood. Modern and full of boutiques and coffee shops. It is a sunny apartment with outhern windows, a balcony and a small terrace where you can enjoy the views to the Kontxa beach.
