Quatre chambres de 2 personnes, équipées de la télévision ainsi qu’une salle de jeux/ bureau avec télévision également. Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Départ tardif le dimanche jusque 18h.

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Ferienhaus mit ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt von Nideggen. Zwischen Marktplatz und Burg, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Nideggen mit seinen schönen Cafés und Restaurants, wo sicher für jeden etwas dabei ist. Bis zur Burg sind es ca. 100 m. Von unserem Haus können Sie ebenfalls wunderbare Wanderungen in die nähere Umgebung wie das Rurtal oder die Kletterfelsen starten.

Ce logement, unique en son genre, vous impressionnera par ses volumes, son authenticité, sa connexion à la nature, et ses finitions. Les amoureux de balades seront comblés par le Ravel passant juste derrière la maison ainsi que par les nombreuses autres possibilités de randonnées. Les autres se laisseront bercer par les sons de la nature dans cet endroit hors du commun.

The fully equipped holiday apartment Haus Kiewisch (just please be aware there is no TV, but wifi) welcomes you in the small village of Seffern, next to the forest. You can start your walk or hike directly at the apartment, there are several trails. The bus stop (Seffern Ort) is located less than a 5 minutes walk. Only a 10-20 minutes drive to our small towns in the South Eifel: Bitburg, Prüm and Kyllburg.

Zur Ferienwohnung gehören eine große Sonnenterrasse, voll ausgestattete Küche, Duschbad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Alles neu ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse wird gemeinsam mit der anderen Ferienwohnung genutzt, aber für jede Partei ist ein eigener Bereich mit Sichtschutz abgetrennt.
