Stunning Moreton shore and lighthouse are a 15 minute walk. In one direction we have Royal Liverpool Golf Club and West Kirby beach, a 5-10 minute drive and in the opposite direction is New Brighton promenade, bustling with bars restaurants,fair, theatre and bowling alley. Or jump a bus to Liverpool City Centre right outside.

Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.
