A private, clean, newly renovated basement with own private entrance. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, located less than 2 miles from manasquan beach, and a half mile to Manasquan town, this private space is a perfect place to rest your head. Equipped with a queen pullout sofa from west elm, a rain shower head, a custom built oak countertop with stools…it’s a chic oasis. The suite is equipped with a coffee maker, a 60 in. tv, pottery barn bedding, as well as an outdoor bistro set. Come relax!

Extremely private space, the bay is full of crabs and there are plenty to catch! Paddle board or kayak just off the dock. Watch the sunsets in the horizon, and toast to summer!

This cottage is the front house and has exclusive access to use of backyard and outdoor shower.

Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people). Hot tub.

Please note: 7-day minimum during summer season and 30-day minimum during off-season (winter) due to new city ordinance! Cozy family bungalow on a private walkway just steps from the boardwalk and beach! Stay includes access to one reserved parking spot (three blocks away from the house) and two prepaid beach passes. Walkable to all boardwalk attractions. Great place to bring the kids or as a couples' getaway.

Shared entrance to the entire upstairs of my house. Two bedrooms, sitting room, private bath. . My husband and myself live downstairs. Three blocks to the bicycle path . We have bicycles to ride. Half a mile to downtown Manasquan. The beach is only 1.5 miles away. Inground salt water swimming pool. Beautiful landscaped grounds to relax and read a book!.

this is a freestanding facility that has Wi-Fi microwave refrigerator air conditioning and an outdoor shower few feet away. Yes you can use the back porch or/or the patio and backyard. The main bathroom is in the house which is close like 11 feet. A dry sink* is provided. It's a charming chalet, cabana, pool house or whatever you'd like to call it. *
