This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist perfekt, nette Restaurants, Cafés, Fahrradverleih und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sie können in diesem Ferienhaus ohne Auto übernachten. Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die schönen Strandbuchten Cala Selena und Cala Ferrera sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Yachthafen von Cala d’Or ca 10 Min. Autofahrt bzw 1/2h zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Fußgängerzone von Cala d’Or befinden sich Restaurants, Boutiquen und Souveniershops.

The bathing bay of Cala Serena can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot and the larger Cala Ferrera in about 9 minutes on foot.

Zu Fuss geht man nur 5 min zum Strand, Cala Serena. In der Nähe gibt es einen Tauchclub, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein paar Restaurants. Schöne Ausflugsziele in die Umgebung sind Porto Colom, Cala Dor und Porto Petro mit Strände, Yachthäfen, Restaurants und Geschäften.
