Seafront apartment is a sunny and cool beach front apartment with wonderful views across the Bay of Pollensa. It is in a really great spot overlooking the shore front - just a minute from the lovely sandy beach and a short walk from the Pine Walk and amongst all the cafés, restaurants, shops and bars of Puerto Pollensa. This apartment is ideal for couples or small families. Inside, it is light and airy with wood floors, white walls and spotlighting. The apartment has all kitchen utensils electric hub with two rings, oven, microwave and dishwashee, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, wifi, 43" TV in living room and 32" in bedroom with satellite streaming services Netflix, Hbo, Amazon Prime and washing and drying machine.

We rent our cozy apartment in this wonderful north part of Mallorca. Apartment of 40m2, with one bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and livingroom with a kitchen and a sofa bed. The apartment is brand new and it's only 100m far from one of the best beaches in Mallorca with better water (Cala Molins). The apartment has also a laundry, with washer machine shared with the owners. Car park is fully guaranted in this zone. You can park the car on the same street for free, or also into two publics car parks (free also) just infront of our house. Children are very wellcome to our apartment, and it's free of charge for children under two years. We also have a cradle in case you need it.

Charming and beautiful house with garden

It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(
