It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Our beautiful Mallorcan townhouse is located in the historic town of Pollenca on a quiet street, just a short stroll from the main square and Calvari steps. It sleeps 6 people and has a pretty courtyard garden. Only 40 minutes from Palma, it's the perfect retreat for a long weekend or an extended trip to explore and unwind. We’ve lived in this part of Mallorca for over 30 years and this house has been in our family for 20. We’re now delighted to be able to host it on Airbnb.

Welcome to our Country Home Morell Nou

Spacious gardens (ca. 2.500 m2) with old trees, including a thousand-year-old olive tree, a large private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) with terraces and views of the bay of Pollença. Large, partly covered terraces (ca. 60 m2) surrounding the house and a big adjacent barbecue (1,20 x 0,60 m). Mixing Mallorquin and German styles, the renovation of the house was finished in July 2018 using mostly eco friendly, non-toxic materials.
