The beautiful Finca Son Piris is situated in a quiet location, yet only a few minutes from the cute village of Es Llombards. The finca was completely renovated and refurnished in December 2024. A beautiful pool, an idyllic outdoor area and a spacious house with three bedrooms and a small spa with infrared sauna, ice bath and relaxation zone offer enough space for a wonderful holiday. The nearest bays and the town Santanyí with supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in just 5 minutes.

Bonita y tranquila casa de 250 m2 y forrada con piedra natural. Sus 4 habitaciones se encuentran distribuidas en dos plantas. En la planta inferior dispone de 3 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños, cocina amueblada: microondas, lavadora, horno y encimera lavaplatos, amplio salón comedor con chimenea y televisión. Direkt gegenüber vom Haus ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die schönen Strandbuchten Cala Selena und Cala Ferrera sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt, der Yachthafen von Cala d’Or ca 10 Min. Autofahrt bzw 1/2h zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Fußgängerzone von Cala d’Or befinden sich Restaurants, Boutiquen und Souveniershops.

An der Südostküste der Insel Mallorcas liegt der Ferienort Cala d´Or. Sein Name bedeutet übersetzt „Goldene Bucht“. Prägend für das Bild des Ortes sind die überwiegend ein- bis zweigeschossigen, weiß getünchten Häuser im so genannten Ibiza-Stil, die sich in die umgebene Landschaft einfügen. Die mit nur 24 Einheiten kleine gemütliche Anlage liegt im Ortsteil Cala Egos, in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Meer. Die einzelnen Buchten mit dem türkis schimmernden Wasser begeistern uns immer wieder.
