Villa Inés se encuentra en un entorno residencial, en lo alto de una pequeña colina , con vistas despejadas a toda la Bahía de Alcudia. La situación es idónea, ya que se encuentra a 2 min para el acceso a la autopista. 30 min a Palma, 15 a las playas de Puerto de Alcudia , Muro , Can Picafort y Pollensa. VIlla Inés ha sido reformada en el año 2020, y cuenta con las mayores comodidades que se puedan ofrecer actualmente. Wifi gratuito, piscina y zona chill para las noches estrelladas.

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Ca'n Bou is a brand new house with 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 200m2 of living space, 200m2 of terraces and 12x4m swimming pool. It is located in the center of the island, about 20 minutes from the beach. We have fused modern elements with charming traditional Mallorcan architecture, using local materials such as lime paint, wood and stone to ensure a sustainable approach. The result is a welcoming environment to immerse yourself in the rich culture of Mallorca.
