Split over 2 storeys the accommodation is entirely self contained and covers the upper 2 floors of a Grade 2 listed building with a wealth of original features such as leaded windows, beams, wooden doors and staircase. A comfortable lounge has 2 large sofas and dining table that seats 4 with wall mounted Smart TV. Both bedrooms are good sized doubles.

Dating from the 1500's All Saints Cottage is located beside the River Stour in the heart of the City, just 500m from Canterbury Cathedral. It has a small, tranquil private courtyard directly overlooking the river as it meanders through the City. Due to its steep, winding stairs and riverside location All Saints Cottage is not suitable for children under 12 or those with mobility issues.
