This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

The Grange - Lower Barn Farm, Bodiam, East Sussex

The Grange at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted detached barn designed with a touch of industrial components which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.

The Light and airy lake side caravan, perfect for relaxing while listening to the wild life, or making fun memories with family and friends. With the beautiful village of Headcorn only a few minutes away , you have everything you need on your door step. But if you want to venture further afield, Leeds castle along with many other attractions are always a fun day out. The Ghillies Hut is set in our sheep field, in an area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking our Fly Fishery and Farm with amazing views across the valley to the Church in Tenterden. It has a king-size bed, 2 comfortable whicker chairs to enjoy the view from inside. Tea/coffee/milk provided. Coffee tables. Woodburner You will also have the full use of The Fishery Lodge with a kitchen, 2 ring hob, wc/shower, TV and lakeside balcony. The lodge is only a short walk from the hut.

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere
