Pass through the electronic gate and private entrance and indulge in the complimentary snacks on the fold-out leaf table. Fine interior touches include antique heirloom artwork and a serving tray, while outside 2-level seating and a fire pit await. We follow rigorous cleaning and sanitizing protocols from the CDC during COVID-19. We ventilate rooms, wash hands frequently, wear gloves, clean, then disinfect with bleach or 70% alcohol. Our cleaning crew focuses on frequently touches surfaces, incl light switches, doorknobs, remote controls, and faucets, and wash all linens at highest heat. Attention to detail prevails throughout the apartment. The craftsman style space includes custom cabinets, high/vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and walk-in closet. Established trees can be viewed from the master bedroom picture window and private deck which gives the space a tree house effect. The space can comfortably fit up to 4 guests. We will provide a variety of organic breakfast items including coffee, orange juice, milk, cream, half & half, cereal, fruit, yogurt and breads/pastries. Wine will be available upon request. Interaction with guests will be kept to a minimum in order to respect their privacy, however, we will be happy to assist any way possible to provide a great experience. We live in a separate location on site so we will be present during the guests stay. We love our neighborhood! If you love craftsman, California bungalow, custom and historical homes this is the place. There are parks, the Colorado Lagoon, Marine Stadium, 2nd Street with shops and great restaurants, and of course the beach all within walking distance. There are a variety of farmer's markets and in the summer local concerts in the park. There is public transportation (buses) nearby. There is plenty of street parking. We are conveniently located between LAX (25 minutes), Orange County (SNA) Airport (20 minutes) and Long Beach Airport (10 minutes). PLEASE BE AWARE OF STREET SWEEPING DAYS!! This is a one bedroom apartment on the back of our house. The apartment fits 4 people. The apartment consists of one Bedroom (two queen size beds), private kitchen, dining and bathroom. There is no Wifi. It is within 5 mins walking distance to Dignity Health Sports Center and Cal State Dominguez Hills. The South Pavilion mail is 2 miles away. We live within the same property so were here to help if you need any assistance.

Beautiful, spacious, brand new guest house. Rustic and modern at the same time with inviting backyard and plenty of outside space. Our cool private house will relax you to the core. Clean, private room in a bungalow apt in Gardena. You have the entire place to yourself. Close to El Camino College, the 405 , 91, 110 freeways. 20 minutes to the beach (Redondo Beach 5 mi, Hermosa Beach 5.7 mi, Manhattan Beach 6 mi). LAX 25 minutes (7mi) 20-30 minutes to downtown LA (11 mi) 30 minutes to Venice Beach (11 mi) I am a Los Angeles native so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! No pets allowed.
