Relax in the shade of a 300 year old oak tree on the porch of this adorable 1940's coastal cottage. Retaining it's charm, but updated with all the amenities you could want, this cozy cottage is ideally located minutes from the beach, area attractions, and walking or easy biking distance to the Morehead City Waterfront shops and restaurants. Other amenities are a large screen porch, fire pit, and a large yard for lawn games. The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs, joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.
