Benvenuti! La "Casa carina" è al secondo piano di un palazzo d'epoca nella zona di piazza Goldoni a 8 minuti da piazza Unità e a 10 min dalla Stazione. Appena ristrutturato, è composto da entrata, camera da letto, soggiorno con divano letto, cucina abitabile accessoriata, bagno e terrazza. È vietato organizzare eventi. Viene fornita la biancheria e l'essenziale per un primo ristoro. Sotto casa si trovano: ristoranti, mercato generale coperto, fermate bus, caffè, negozi tipici, supermercati.

L'appartamento Tre Rose, in una casa dei primi del '900, ha la particolarità di avere un giardino e un parcheggio privato in pieno centro. Gli ospiti godono di una casa confortevole e allegra, con una stanza veramente grande, con angolo soggiorno, un'ampia cucina e un grande bagno. Possono stare in giardino, mangiare sotto la pergola, farsi una grigliata. Quadri di autori triestini creano l'atmosfera della casa.Tre Rose ha un luogo sicuro dove posteggiare l'auto, la moto o le biciclette.

L'ascensore vi accompagnerà al piano dove attraverso un terrazzo indipendente accederete al nostro elegante e silenzioso appartamento di 75 mq composto da disimpegno, ampia zona giorno openspace con cucina accessoriata, favolosa matrimoniale, antibagno indipendente con grande doccia walk-in e bagno.

La zona e' tranquilla, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano le fermate di piu' linee bus e svariati negozi. Sempre a poca distanza sono presenti il sito storico del Castello dI S. Giusto, l' Osservatorio Astronomico ed il Civico Museo di Antichità' J.J Winkelmann. Nel circondario il parcheggio pubblico e' gratuito

It is an area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic building with an elevator, windows facing the courtyard, which makes the apartment quiet, considering the central position.
