A fab rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane smugglers hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

Broadlands is an ideal base to enjoy the beach and the beautiful countryside of West Dorset. Walk along the coast to Lyme Regis or inland along the river Char and into the beautiful hills of Dorset.

It is an easy walk down with sea views then an uphill walk back. Lyme is hilly with glorious vistas. It’s a good spot for walkers - near the coastal path plus near a footpath that takes you either inland into Uplyme’s country walks or via the picturesque River Lim for a meandering longer walk to Lyme.
