Cosy Carters Cottage nestles in the peaceful Dorset hamlet of North Chideock, adjacent to 16th century Home Farm Cottage. A fab rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane smugglers hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

Cottage close to Beach, Pub & Amenities

The cottage is approx. 400 years old, with lots of character & has been sympathetically decorated & furnished. The Master Bedroom has a memory foam mattress & has en-suite a second bathroom is found on the ground floor with a memory foam mattress. The cottage has private car parking & is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. On arrival a key is located in a key box to enable you to arrive at a time that suits you (after 3.00 pm). Joan's Cottage is also pet friendly (dogs ONLY) but NO CHILDREN.

It is located in the charming Conservation Village of Walditch, within walking distance of Bridport. The Cottage itself has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open-plan living space and is set away from the main house in its own private grounds, with 1,200sqm (0.3acres) of orchard garden, as well as an outside patio with table and chairs, with country views.
