St Vincent's - sea views, off road & dog friendly

My place is a bungalow, sleeps 7, located 2 mins walk from seafront, sandy beach & historic Cobb harbour, with amazing views of the sea and Golden Cap headland. It was renovated in 2019 and is comfortably appointed. It has a sunny, sheltered south facing garden with paved patio and sea views. You will love my place because of the location, outdoors space and sea views. There is off road, private parking for two cars. My place is good for families and we are dog friendly, for up to 2 dogs.

The Barn is a converted property located at the head of the stunning Tarrant valley within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The main living area has dual aspect and bifold doors out onto an enclosed patio, garden and seating area. Two of the bedrooms have internal balconies into the main body of the barn and triple velux roof windows to enjoy the rural views. The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
